About the artist

A performative artist, curator and activist for performance art.

Passionate about movement and space created in collaboration with artists, she was responsible for coordinating the Kaskadenkodensator free art space in Basel between 1997 and 2000. Starting a dialogue on the history of performance art, she carried out the project “Performance Saga — interviews, performances, events”, dedicated to pioneers in this field of art. From 2011 to 2017, she oversaw the “Swiss Performance Art Award”. She was a co-founder of the “PANCH” Association (2014), a network working for artists and performers. Since 2014, she has been the curator of the Swiss festival of performance art “International Performance Art Giswil”.

She works and lives in Basel, Switzerland.
